Overview
ComSuper continued to improve and strengthen its governance arrangements to ensure our stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements were met and our key results areas were achieved.
Some highlights for 2010-11 included:
- completion of a major redevelopment of ComSuper's business continuity and disaster recovery capability
- implementation of output monitoring for ComSuper's key business outputs to provide quality and compliance assurance
- further improvement in a program of forensic analysis for the identification and investigation of potential fraudulent behaviour.
