Information Publication Scheme
Register of Disclosures made
ComSuper will establish a register of requests and disclosures required by the FOI Act and referred to as a disclosure log. This register will be classified commercial-in-confidence, and exempt from total disclosure. Parties may request a redacted version relevant to their circumstances after outlining their need.
We will retain the following information about disclosures made in our record keeping system:
- Requestor name
- Requestor phone number
- Requestor email address (if provided)
- Requestor postal address (if provided, however one of email, or postal address is required)
- Requestor preference for material fulfillment (electronic or via the post)
- Requestor reasons for request
- Date of request
- Date of fulfillment
- Documents requested, number and actual documents.
