ComSuper is established as a statutory agency
From today, 1 July 2011, ComSuper is established as a statutory agency under the Public Service Act 1999 consisting of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and staff. The function of the CEO is to provide administrative services to the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation in relation to a number of superannuation schemes. The former position of Commissioner for Superannuation is replaced by the position of CEO.
