ComSuper Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011

ComSuper provides administration services for a number of government superannuation schemes.

We are always looking for ways we can do things better for members, so in the upcoming months we might be asking you a few questions about your online experience with your scheme and our customer service, via a survey.

If you have contacted your scheme recently via phone or email, or logged into your member account, you may receive an invitation to participate in the research.

We appreciate your valuable time in providing us with your feedback.

PSSap members may have already received an invitation to participate in the research. PSS, CSS, MilitarySuper and DFRDB members will be given the opportunity to participate later this year.

These surveys are legitimate and you may be approached by either ComSuper or Colmar Brunton Social Research, an independent research company.

The survey is anonymous - we don’t collect any of your personal information, unless you specifically provide contact details to Colmar Brunton for the purposes of us contacting you to discuss a particular issue.

Only members who have indicated they would like to receive electronic communications about their superannuation may be invited to participate.

If you wish to opt-out from receiving surveys by Colmar Brunton Social Research you can either call the Customer Information Centre on the numbers listed below or send an email telling us your name and membership number and that you no longer wish to participate in any future research surveys.
