Publishing information to members of the public on an ongoing basis

ComSuper will maintain an information register and disclosure log. The information will be updated on a regular basis and in the case of the disclosure log, as required.

Identifying information that must be published – s 8(2)

ComSuper will review documentation on a regular basis. Any documentation that is identified as needing to be published will be made available as soon as it is available for publication.

ComSuper will ensure that all online information it is required to publish under the IPS (s 8(2)) conforms with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (Version 2) (WCAG 2.0) on commencement of the IPS (1 May 2011).

Identifying optional information that may be published – s 8(4)

From time to time ComSuper may identify documents that may be published. As these documents are identified they will be made available as soon as they are ready to be published.

ComSuper will ensure that optional information published on its website conforms to WCAG 2.0.

Information that is already otherwise available – s 8A(2)

As part of ComSuper’s regular review of IPS documentation the agency will identify any changes to documentation that is available otherwise to the public.

Ensuring that information published continues to be discoverable, accessible, useable, as well as accurate and up-to-date

ComSuper will continue to review all documentation relating to the services we provide on a regular basis. As part of the regular review, documents will be kept up-to-date and available as appropriate.

Ensuring people are kept informed about any charges and how they are calculated continues to be published – s 8D(4) and s 8D(5)

Information on charges that may be imposed will be maintained on the FOI page of ComSuper’s website.
